The concert is free and seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. A free-will offering will contribute to bringing the Bible and humanitarian aid to Eastern European countries such as Moldova. Widely known as the "poorhouse of Europe," many of its over 4 million people live in abject poverty so extreme that GNS teams said words could not begin to describe it. Yet, in the midst of this enormous poverty and hopelessness, there is also 'gigantic spiritual hunger."
